Difference pay out ratio financials & dividend page

After looking at several stocks I found that sometimes numbers differ between different sections of the stock on Seekingalpha. For example for Stock MNR.

The dividend payout ratio is around 85%.

You can also see this here: https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/MNR/dividends/scorecard

However looking at the income statement at 'payout ratio' I see completely different figures of above 100% and none available for TTM, see: https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/MNR/income-statement

Am I looking at the wrong metric? I would like to see 5 year history of dividend payout % to get a look at the historic trend.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Regards,

DB

Hi,

The dividend Payout Ratio on the Dividend Scorecard page is based on FWD Dividend payout over FWD EPS (Forward Looking).
While the payout ratio mentioned in financial statements is based on historical data.

I hope this helps, Feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.
