Worst possible answer and policy statement

David and Daniel's policy statement sent to me by Kusal Mehrotra is possibly the WORST such I've ever received from any business, especially one that hopes to attract or retain customers.  The chart showing the different levels of service on SA's site does NOT specify the number of articles one can read monthly using the free service and NEITHER does the policy statement dated Dec 31, 2020 or the reply I and many others received in regard to our questions.  Considering how many emails I actually receive from SA daily, its become more like spam than a useful service.
