News feed for only about one hour needs fixed

This has efectively rendered my subscription useless for the last several days. I do not expect to pay for these days of services promised and services not provided (pro rated refund is expected, at a minimum).
The 'Latest News' just shows recent articles (perhaps last hour or so) and then as you scroll down to find earlier articles it just cycles around to the most current articles again and again so nothing older than a hour is visible. This occurs on both desktop and mobile access.
