One entry keeps DOUBLING in my portfolio. I DELETE one they both delete. How do I fix this problem

when I look at my portfolio using the $ function. It is off because one entry doubles .  Ie TTM doubled.   If I erase one of the lines they both erase.   How do Ibfix this problem?
