I made an incautious mistake when choose the service type to subscribe
I just made a mistake when choosing the subscription type when I start my trial. What I need is a premium service but an incautious choice was made for a professional one. Pro service charge exceeds my budget a lot and the usage is far beyond my demand.
I haven't realized it until the bill was paid today, so is there any possibility of you to help me do one of the following three things:1. cancel the annual pro service and refund me2. downgrade the annual pro to annual premium and refund difference price3. downgrade the annual pro to monthly pro and refund extra price
