Error when trying to send a message to a member.

Hi,

When I try to send a message to an individual (icon is on top right hand side, just below RSS feed) I recieve an error that message cannot be sent. I managed to send few messages with the same number of characters but cannot anymore. I have a free membership.

Does anyone have the answer?
