New Very Bullish Quant Rating List?

How can I run a quick filter, or get an alert, which tells me the new additions to the 'Very Bullish Quant' list? I'd like to buy a stock as soon as it has a Quant rating of 4.5 or better...... and sell the day it drops below.

Anyway I can quickly find this info without having to scrub the entire list daily?
