E-mail Subscription Error Message

I got an alert from the SeekingAlpha site to say they have turned off e-mail notifications. It's a bit too early to tell, as I don't receive many at this time of day. This happened about a 2 months ago or so and it took SeekingAlpha a few days to fix. Is anyone else experiencing issues?

yes, i am now getting this on my mobile phone app.  I pay the premium subscription cost.  I changed internet providers, but this should not have affected my account, because I use a gmail address for my user id.  When i try to log into my account on my mobile device it says the user name is already taken.  I'm in an endless loop with customer service available to help me out .
