Same situation for me. This is extremely frustrating. Can someone please update when this is resolved? I see numerous similar comments and posts. What did I just pay for?
Thank you to another commenter for stating this does not work on mobile, but it does work on a computer. Well, I only have a tablet, but I can get in and read on that.
For a service that is otherwise high-tech and purporting intelligent learning, this is their Achilles heel.
The articles are good reading, if you can access them.
