It works on a computer, even tablet; not a cell phone. Beats me why, that's kinda low tech for such a high tech forum. Try it on something other than a cell phone. Great info in articles.

All these comments saying the same thing about getting ripped off and no comment or solutions offered by Seeking Alpha?

I will be contesting the credit card charge.

I just upgraded my subscription to Premium, but I can only  use Premium on my android tablet but not on my desk computer. What should I do?

My problem solved. I had two separate passwords. Now I use same password both to my android tablet and to my desktop computer.
