Can’t comment getting incorrect format message

using iPhone 8, tried to comment on Ray Merola’s ATT article and received a dialogue box saying ERrOR, incorrect format

From what I see, you are using an old version of the app.
Please update to the latest version. Make sure you are installing version 3.10.3 or later.
If you already installed 3.10.3 or later and the problem persists, try to log out and log in again.
