snrs possible scam

I have spent a lot of time researching this company and it has too many red flags:

1. twitter account that was originally pumping the stock has disappeared (#sunrisconsult5)

2. the phone number is for a different company

3. no filings with the sec

4. no filings with OTC newer than 2011

5. lots of pumping on ivesterhub and yahoo
