Notifications not updating

Notifications are stuck at dec 31st. Refreshing doesn't change anything. Can you help?

No I don't remember doing it but just tried, unfortunately it didn't change anything. Still no notifications pas dec 31st.
I am trying to understand why this happened. Do you remember if you once disabled notifications for this app in your phone and enabled them again ?
