From what I see, you are using an old version of the app.
Please update to the latest version. Make sure you are installing version 3.10.3 or later.
If you already installed 3.10.3 or later and the problem persists, try to log out and log in again.
The app is up to date on my iPad Pro so I signed out. When I tried to sign back in it said there was a protocol problem. The second time I tried it worked.
