Portfolio sync issue - TD Ameritrade

The portfolio sync with TD Ameritrade started not working and it's now showing empty list even after re-creating the portfolio by linking my TD account again. It worked fine last year.

For authentication on TD Ameritrade web site, I'm using security questions for sure to avoid any issue from the use of multi-factor authentication.  I have two accounts in TD and the one account has stocks & options.

It can be an issue between Plaid and TD Ameritrade. 

Could you take a look at this issue and let me know if the issue can be fixed?

Can you reply to this person? I am considering your premium service and I have the same issue. A premium feature that is not workin, and a lack of customer service is what I am seeing so far.
