Cancelled my subscription to Value Investor's Stock Club, cancellation has been confirmed, Credit card has been charged anyways! No replay from Seeking Alpha's legal department after 24 hours so far!
Hi JensBe, I believe your cancellation was made on the first day of the new billing period when your bill was already auto-generated and submitted, and this is why you were billed after the cancellation.
