after seeing the new format for the delivery of emails, it appears to be somewhat identifiable that there is a priority email notice and secondary following emails which may be new or just repeater emails that you choose to publish again and again. The format would better serve the interests of the email notices if all subject items received the same presentation if they are new and the other repeaters should be classed below them as just really of secondary interest and or little or minimal interest, since they have been around many times before.
