Unable to link Fidelity with PLAID - returns "something went wrong" message

After 6 attempts over several days unable to link Fidelity with PLAID - returns "something went wrong" message after type in text code.  I have 6 different types of Fidelity account for my login.   Does it break because one or more accounts not coded for?  All other apps that I use to link to Fidelity work.  E.g. Mint, My Bank, SigFig, etc.
