...there would be an avalanche of negative comments about the new Pro subscription policy and its off-putting cost. I searched for quite a while for a contact link method locating this section. I urge you to rethink what I believe to be a very poor policy decision, and I hope you won't take the paucity of similar feedback to mean that most of your readers are okay with this.
