Free memebership cancelled when triial premium offer expired. How can I get my FREE membership back? I I get is the same message that my premium membership has expired. This is my third request for assitance. Thank you!

Trying to re-establish my FREE SA membership. I cancelled my trial Premium membership and cannot access my FREE SA membership. I am unable to open any of the articles from people that I am following. I have been a FREE member of SA since 2007.
