Functionality of switching between portfolio lists has been impaired

Using FireFox, much of the list of portfolios is cut off at the top.  I can only remedy this by starting with the selection button down near the bottom of the screen.  This does not happen on my phone or my laptop (where I use MS Edge).  I only happens when I'm on my desk top.

This started happening about a week or so ago.
