My correct email address in combo with your own prompted password not being recognized at sign-in

Last Friday, I attempted to sign in to my SA acct using a different computer than normal because I was out of town. The sign-in procedure provided my correct email address which I verified more than once & then your system offered to input the password associated with that email address. I simply agreed for it to do that & was repeatedly denied access. I then tried manually filling in the correct password & again was denied over & over. I then came back much later & tried again with the same results. Frankly, this was exasperating.
