Track Comments button should allow comment following overriding Pro spam

Because now people are going to have to add low effort comments in order to keep article comments accessible... Actually, article comment accessibility is even more important to me than article accessibility(though that is still bs at the pro price level) because comments are the lifeblood of SA.

It does not work. I clicked the "Track Comments" button on the article "Micron: We're In The Chips" https://seekingalpha.com/article/4141968-micron-chips


And it is now >10 days old, and I cannot see the comments that were posted in that article any longer, since I never commented on it.
