Delete my account! Unsubscribe from emails does not work. Scam site?

So there's no delete account option now. The unsubscribe from emails option simply does not work and I'm still getting two emails a day a week later. There also appears to be no way of contacting the Alpha team. In the UK this would be illegal. This is nothing more than spam now. What's the environmental impact of you sending out multiple spam emails a day to millions of people? Just delete my account!!
