"Track comments" option missing on "financial results" articles

"Financial results" articles miss the "Track comments" option.

For example:

https://seekingalpha.com/pr/18320993-gan-reports-first-quarter-2021-financial-results

https://seekingalpha.com/pr/18315251-enthusiast-gaming-reports-first-quarter-2021-financial-results

If you click the options button in the web interface, you'll see that it only shows the "Expand all" option.  The "Track comments" option is missing.
