Signed up subscription, no access?

same here, the support system is seeking alpha is akin to Delta airlines, where one can expect a 6-hour phone hold or a three to four week reply via email support. I simply have a situation that is my own fault, I have two logins. I have one subscription using one login, and a second subscription using a second, so I have to log out of one Identity or profile to access the other paid subscription. I just want to join the two or merge the two. Is it possible to actually get a request through to someone who has something to do at the managerial level at seeking alpha??!
