How can manage the alerts to accept it once a week or once a day, in one mail containing all the subjects/sections Im subscribed to?

I receive too many Emails every day.

It clogs my Email.

I would like to go through it once a while but not every day in so many Emails.

I would like to receive one concentrated Email that contains all the subjects and sections Im subscribed to.

Is that possible?

How can I do that?
