Integration between SA and Rocket.Chat doesn’t work on IPad

I can login into Rocket.Chat via SA app on my iPhone with not issues, just click Launch Chat switches to RC and authenticates automatically.

This is NOT the case on iPad. Do the same things on SA app for iPad, open My Services -> Launch Chat. This opens up Rocket.Chat for iPad BUT then it prompts for Login/Password. I enter my SA credentials (tried both email/password and login/password) but it says authentication rejected.
