How to build a "Very Bullish Ratings" portfolio?

Hi, I'm a newcomer and very interested by the amazing backtest performance of the Very Bullish Quant Ratings strategy.

But it's impossible to trade without transaction, and impossible to rebalance daily either, I don't want to change my holdings everyday.

Is there a practicable way to track the "Very Bullish Strategy" performance? Such as an index updating holdings monthly or seasonly, or even an ETF?
