Rocket.Chat redirecting

Hi there, my paid SA chat Roty keeps redirecting to Rocket.Chat on mobile and Ipad app and I CANNOT login to Rocket with my SA details. I tried many times, there's a bug.

I want to use ROTY only inside SA App, I dont want Rocket.

Please STOP IT!!!

So I'm paying over $200 for Roty and CANNOT use it on mobile and Ipad please sort this immediately!!!
