Need support from Seeking Alpha

I signed up for Premium Services yesterday. During the signup process, it used the same password that I used when I signed up for basic services back in 2018. I don’t remember what that password was. When I try to login, it always asks for that password. I tried changing my password but it still won’t allow me to access premium services. It’s very frustrating. I have not found a way to connect with Seeking Alpha. Can someone help me.? I would greatly appreciate it.
