Cannot get into Premium which I signed up for 2 days ago with free 14 day trial.

I signed up for 14 day free trial for Premium 2 days ago.  I added my portfolio.  I used everything all day yesterday with no problems. Today you don't recognize my password.  I attempted toreset it, and your site kept saying the passwords didn't match in the confirmation area, when in fact they did.  I cannot get in and am frustrated with this glitch already. Please advise.
