Cannot delete portfolio on web site

I tried deleting a portfolio.  Site asked to relogin to verify.  I tried several times using my Google login.  Nothing changed.  Portfolio still there.

What happens when you try to delete it?

Under the portfolio name is a small "delete".  I click on that.  A window opens asking to reenter password.  I click on the Google + symbol to login.  Window goes away and I am right back where I started.
