I want to subscribe but my TD Ameritrade account wont load my portfolio even though it says its synced

My portfolio comes up empty after I sync

I tried that and I get an error message saying:

Your portfolio is empty

This linked account is empty. To un-link this account delete the portfolio.


So what’s going on here? It links but doesn’t populate neither in the app or via the website. Both platforms fail.

do it on your computer not your ipad; it should go then.
