I would like to get a pay subscription but can't

I was going to sign up for the pay version but I have not been able to log in [incorrect password message] for years or change my password. I tried to check how to get my money back if it stays all screwed up but it won't allow me to see that page [ https://feedback.seekingalpha.com/en/knowledge-bases/2/articles/132754-can-i-pause-my-subscription ] that it claimed was where it was. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO GET THEIR ATTENTION!!! There seems to be NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON so I am NOT GOING TO PUT A PAY SUBSCRIPTION ON MY CREDIT CARD WITH NO VERIFIED WAY TO GET A REFUND IF IT STAYS THIS SCREWED UP.
