Window resize in Chromebook

I have an Acer 15 inch Chromebook. SA works under full screen. If I try to resize it, it crashed under OS64. Due to the large real estate of 15 inch screen, I don't need the full screen for SA. Other Android Apps (e.g. Barron's) can be resized without any issue. Please check and correct this issue.
