Mobile App Still Not Working
I have been unable to access Seeking Alpha with the mobile app for four months now. I have re-installed the mobile app multiple times, logged out and logged back in again each time and make certain to use the latest version of the app (am now on version 3.10.4), all as recommended by your support team.
Previously I could log in but the Seeking Alpha pages were always blank, with only category headings visible. Now when I log onto the site, it immediately disconnects me from the internet, which is a further step backward.
Please advise how to fix this extremely frustrating issue.
