I just created my account and my portfolio as well. But I can not read any article, as soon as I click any article, it says you have reached your subscription limit, but I did not even read single article. Could the support fix the issue for me please

Hi,

Please give the following a read. The above seems like a paywall issue which was introduced a while back which allows only a few articles per non -premium user which has been the case here( please see your 'Articles You've Read' section on main page that gives a tab on the articles one has read and how many as well ). There are articles that have been read.

Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.

I'd like to add my voice to those others I'm sure find the new pay wall policy draconian. After years of using Seeking Alpha as a source, not for investment, but for angles on topics from electric cars to bitcoin, I find myself unable to access even the small number of articles I was accustomed to. To the extent I invest, I do not rely on SA, so I would baulk at paying $15 per month, or anywhere near that sum.

At the same time, I appreciate SA's desire to not charge for our eyeballs, or as Steve Wozniak would say, not to turn us into the product. What about introducing a nominal subscription for, say, 20 articles a month, something like $1 or $2 per month, to be paid annually. Then I would not feel the pain on those months I read nothing at all.

I think it blinkered of SA to imagine all who read their output are making investments. SA has come to mean more than that, and this effect adds to the weight and value of the product overall...I have cited SA in exchanges with experts in the fields of oil extraction, as well as in monetary policy and others. None of us are likely to subscribe, and nor would our employers refund us. I ask you to bear in mind this bigger picture in setting your pricing options.

Finally, please be explicit and show a counter of articles read each month so Basic Users can pace their consumption.

Thank you
