iPad Pro no longer updates 'Notifications', 'Analysis' and 'News, tabs

iPad Pro (running OS 11.2.6 and the previous OS release) does not update anything other than my portfolio. I actually get notifications, but they can't be opened or seen in the notifications tab. The last time any 'Notifications', 'Analysis' and 'News' tab actually updated was about a week ago. Using version 3.6.0 (2032) of app.

iPhone X (same OS and app release as iPad), does not have this issue, but does have an issue when a Notification pops up, to clear it, you have to go into the SA app. That is a new and undesirable feature.
