This has happened on numerous occasions in the past. What is happening? How can it be prevented? Am I doing something wrong? Please help.
It seems that your email service provider does not have email@example.com whitelisted.
This can cause our emails to be bounced.
Whenever this occurs you can contact Websupport@seekingalpha.com and we will clear the bounceback from your email address manually.
