On the 13 of Oct you randomly charge my account for a premium membership, without any notice, and to make matters worst you did not even upgrade my account. See below   Please return my funds since I did ask this to happen, not even sure how you got my Card info since I have not used your site as it did not work well with my brokerage account.   Thank you .   Terry
