I was blocked from reading my first attempted article of the month. Apparently the number of free articles per month is zero.

Hi,

The above is a paywall issue wherein along with articles other news items or other content that is also paywalled must have been opened which may have exhausted the quota.

The limit is dynamic based on multiple factors.

To read more about the paywall please see the link below:

Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.

Same with me, no one free article just block. Don´t understand why, the answer from support doesn´t explain it

it really is worth the few extra pocket change. Then all those annoying roadblocks are out of your way. But this isn't investment advice. Hope you find your happy medium spot so you can focus on your future! Best of luck!

I received a similar garbage answer last month; "The limit is dynamic based on multiple factors".  When I pressed the SA analyst further, I was told the limit was about 5.  SA has stepped on their own foot with this nonsense.

I too am blocked from reading. Got an 'oops...reload' message. If I have reached my limit, just say so.

If I had not found this thread, I would have kept trying.

SA has real problems with their site

and the people that are supposed to be so smart in tech dept to fix the glitches.

I paid for a subscription a week or so ago and each time I opened the app I got the same page you all got!

I had exceeded my free articles

Someone is asleep at the wheel and it’s not only frustrating, but  ridiculous.

so, with all these complaints, why can you guys hire a guy that can fix these glitches? Don’t want to spend the money on good service? Your company make lots of money.

So typical …

And I am a paying customer!!!

I began experiencing this issue in October and at the start of the new month expected to be able to read at least a few articles.  Here it is November and I am not able to read even one article as a registered user.  I guess I will have to use other sources for my financial news if this issue persists.

To add further insult, the article that I tried to read but was unable to open, now shows up in the list of "Articles that I've read." The only content I have been able to read on the website is just titles of the articles.
