Notifications not loading and site will not allow me to sign in after I tried signing out. Just keeps saying Error....cannot connect To SA

Have been using SA for 3-4 years now on my IPad and enjoy it.   Recently l  have been unable to load notifications. 

Tried signing out and even changing my password, but now I cannot access anything as when I type in my email address, a box comes up saying Error.  Cannot connect to th server
