Remove Comment Review Delay for Premium

I understand not wanting to get a bunch of spammy comments on articles (self promotion, objectionable content, etc.), but for users that are paying money to use the site you should default to posting comments immediately and just add a flag to comments so people can report any junk comments after the fact as necessary. You would increase engagement and real time back and forth exchanges on articles while limiting the pool of free commenting to users that have put money down (an indicia of credibility) and still providing a mechanism for moderation post hoc.
