Scroll-bar peek-a-boo

The scroll bar shows when you are right on top of the portfolio stocks list.
It hides as soon as you go to click it coz there is a honking huge ad between the list and its scroll bar.

I play this game of hide and seek every few seconds thinking maybe you guys fixed it.

No. This has been going on for a year. Worst experience in the entire internet.

Why can't you keep your ad to the right of the scroll bar? Not putting an ad between a list and the list's scroll bar is pretty basic.
