Multiple captcha challenges without any interaction
I have gotten multiple CAPTCHA challenges today, mostly when I just leave SA sitting there and am working in another window.
Your own website's behavior is triggering your bot-checker!

Of course, as soon as your bot-detector is triggered, it stops anything AJAX powered from working, such as the notifications. Frankly this is making your site unusable.
