Bug-Ticker added to multiple portfolio gets deleted when I try to delete from one portfolio

steps to repeat the bug:

Create 2 portfolio 

Add the same ticker to both the portfolio 

Try to delete by clicking the edit icon 

You will see the ticker listed twice in the same portfolio(1st bug) -[expected to display only one record per ticker]

Delete the ticker twice ( as it's listed twice in same portfolio)

Check both the portfolio 

Ticker would have been deleted in both but it was expected get deleted from one portfolio I was deleting from (2nd bug)

Please fix it when you get a chance
