"Install Seeking Alpha"

Hello,

Using Google's Chrome browser on my Mac desktop, I find in all the URL address bars, an icon that states simply, "Install Seeking Alpha."

I do not understand this install request. I access Seeking Alpha via my web browser, not an app. Please help or explain.
