Hello, the yield on STAG on your site is incorrect. You have used the dividend $ as quarterly. It is monthly.

The dividend rate is 12*monthly dividend which comes out to $1.46 and a yield as per the latest close as 3.35%

Can you elaborate on why you believe this is incorrect?
