While 'Wall St Analysts' ratings are based on the sell-side analysts covering the stocks and is an aggregate of respective buy/sell/hold recommendations
Quant ratings are based on a proprietary Quant Model developed by Seeking Alpha that takes into account 100+ quant metrics.
